I trained as a reflexologist with the International Federation of Reflexologists over 25 years ago, running a successful practice with clients being referred to me by local GP's in Somerset.

I trained as a reflexologist with the International Federation of Reflexologists over 25 years ago, running a successful practice with clients being referred to me by local GP's in Somerset.
I was then asked to join The Cow Shed Spa, at Babington House, a private members media group, part of the SOHO House Group, as part of the original team, where I treated movie and rock stars and also consulted in the selection of aromatherapy oils used in their Cow Shed massage oils (still used in their blends today).
I still practice reflexology with a reduced number of clients and have extended my research into holistic wellness through nutrition, mediation, mind body medicine and spiritualism.
I also work at a trauma informed SEND school, as a one to one with some of their most challenging boys, helping to therapise and socialise them. I also work with private clients helping them with their own children in their own homes if things have become overwhelming and they need guidance to get things back into a harmonious atmosphere and genial home environment. I am fully DBS approved.

After a deep dive into your condition (working closely with your GP if referred that way) we will embark on a course of treatments which are completely led by your healing process and can be either a one off treatment or as many as it takes to restore homeostasis and bring you back into a state of well being.
During the treatments, you will receive a huge amount of advice to put you truly onto the wellness path, and if you would like to extend the training, one to one coaching can be done in addition to the normal therapy sessions.
Reflexology continues to prove itself as a non-invasive holistic solution for consistent well being which enables us to take back control of our own health by treating the cause, rather than masking the symptoms..
I am actively promoting the gathering of scientific results from holistic treatments, to be able to run in line with traditional medicine, as proven solutions, rather than the 'woo-woo' concept.

I continue with my love of aromatherapy by creating bespoke one off blends for major brands and companies at events worldwide, to capture in pure beeswax candles.
I have created bespoke blends for major healthcare companies including Babylon Health (now EMed) and currently GSK.
I work closely with teams to encapsulate a vision, or atmosphere into a signature blend, that can also be incorporated into bespoke beeswax candles in a variety of hand made vessels and packaging, according to budget.
